The Merck SpeakUp Line is a worldwide service for Merck employees enabling anonymous reporting of compliance violations. Our task: to develop an international campaign to help raise awareness for the “taboo subject” and promote the internal service at the same time. We created a lighthearted idea based on a huge hidden object game hiding the 10 most common violations. Our goal was to engage people in an entertaining way rather than with the usual moralizing tonality.
