10. DATA PROCESSING AS PART OF OUR AGENCY SERVICES

11. DATA PROCESSING AS PART OF YOUR APPLICATION

By submitting your application documents, you are sending us a range of personal data that is subject to special legal protection. We process personal data about you for the purpose of your application for an employment relationship, insofar as this is necessary for the decision to establish an employment relationship with us. The legal basis is Section 26 Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Paragraph 8 Sentence 2 BDSG.
