Frustration amongst employees at larger agencies was our starting point. We used this to start a discussion about working conditions in advertising and to lure new talent.
We launched two guerilla marketing promotions in Frankfurt’s advertising district asking people to JOIN THE PINK SIDE OF WORK: “PINKUPY, the demonstration without people“ and “THE WORKING DEAD, a wake-up call for zombies from the ad industry“.
The activations were amplified through reports and discussions in industry newspapers and blogs, leading to more people visiting our homepage through Facebook and organic search. The increased number of people visiting the JOIN THE PINK SIDE OF WORK landing page resulted in 300 per cent more applications from qualified advertising talent and some awesome new co-workers.
